Introduce yourself by name, and they'll normally remember it. The staff excels at customer service, setting this place apart from others in the Chicagoland area. There is no dedicated Seven Stars lounge.

Diamond players get access to a moderately-sized diamond lounge, but the food there is quite mediocre. The buffet has decent variety, with a selection of mostly good, but a few not-so-great, food items expect very long lines Friday nights for their seafood extravaganza. Ace's Diner provides that deli-style fix, though is a bit pricey. The Reserve steakhouse will exceed most people's expectations (it has to, since this is where the high-rollers get comped), and while not cheap, is actually less expensive than most steakhouses try it if you can. Good food, and larger than average portion sizes. Mosaic offers a good variety of American fare. You may actually sleep better here than you do at home. Most, if not all, rooms have a small refrigerator (no minibars), which for some reason isn't mentioned on their site. In-room movies and high-speed wireless internet, at the usual outrageous prices. No room service per se, but on-property Ace's Diner delivers to rooms even late at night. Watch out, though, because prices go up (significantly) on the weekends. Rooms are well above average, and an absolute steal mid-week. Worth treating yourself to an overnight stay.
